Little Beverly Hills is basically the mid-century equivalent of finding gold. Seriously—this tiny neighborhood is a complete modernism enclave. Built between 1957 and 1958, this neighborhood’s got serious pedigree. It includes developers Alexander Construction Company and Jack Meiselman, plus architects William Krisel, Richard Leitch, and Hugh Kaptur—basically a who’s-who of Desert Modernism royalty all on a few blocks.
